3. Payment & Refunds
All services are paid upfront.
Fees are clearly displayed before purchase.
Services are non-refundable once the request has been processed, as queries are executed instantly and costs are incurred.
Use of Data
Users provide a number plate and/or vehicle details, which are only used to perform the requested check.
We do not store personal data longer than required to process your request.
Results are sent to the email provided by the user.
